Michael Aghajanian is the former managing partner of PRTM, the world’s leading management consulting firm with offices in eight countries around the globe. His interest in helping medicine evolve through patient-centered technology led Michael to join MDbackline as an advisor and principal in 2013.
Richard Lindstrom MD, Founder, Minnesota Eye Consultants
Richard Lindstrom is an advisor to MDbackline. An internationally recognized ophthalmologist and corporate advisor, Richard is a past president of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and is the Chief Medical Editor of the world’s most widely distributed eye care trade journal. He has been an advisor to MDbackline since 2012 and a user of the software in his medical practice at Minnesota Eye Consultants.
Sean West, CEO
Sean West is the former SVP of Sales & Practice Consulting for Eye Care Leaders. He also cofounded and was CEO of Elevate, which he led to an exit with Discovery Health Record Solutions, a Silverhawk Capital portfolio company. Sean led the data conversion business unit and national sales team for the combined entity to a later exit with Healthport. Sean is passionate about the use of technologies that augment the critical role of the physician.

Kathaliya Folds, technology lead for MDbackline, is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development. She specializes in helping doctors use technology to improve clinic efficiency to ensure the best care for patients. She joined MDbackline in 2014 and is excited to see how MDbackline continues to improve leading medical practices across the country.
